THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAS TO BE FULFILLED
- Location and Date of the LAN are fix
- Working and efficient Website
- the LAN provide NGL or WWCL tournaments
- the organizer agrees to present banners and posters at the event area
- the organizer also agrees to allocate an exhibition space
- if there are date or turnout changes the claim of sponsoring decayed
- minimum of 300 participants
